Yes you can. Any forms of product returns or exchanges can be requested for, as long as it is kept within seven working days. The SolarTech team will review on a case by case situation, and we will send you an email to notify about the approval or rejection of your request. For more information, do visit the "Returns Policy" page, which can be found under the "Customer Service" section.
